The scaffolding was taken down October 2022 and the Community Payback team worked hard to clean all the dust which had accumulated over 9 months whilst the north side of the roof was repaired. Sadly the funding bid for the south side was unsuccessful and now in 2026, there has been a fall of plaster in one area of the church - on the Radio 4 programme The Archers, they had a fall of plaster the week before.
